BumpDate: 33 Weeks

How far along: 33 WEEKS well on Friday…in 4 days 34 weeks?!?! Where is the time going!!! Our little poppy girl will be here so soon!!!

Feeling: I would love to write GREAT…in fact I think I have been writing great and fabulous EVERY single week… Have the Tables turned, maybe. I’m tired, it’s getting harder to move around, and I’m out of breath ALL the time. Like I ran up 3 flights of stairs when really I just walked into another room! If I’m laying down its easier for Ralph to extend a hand and pull me up then it is to maneuver myself up. Despite the new found tiredness and movability factor it really has still been great ;)

Maternity Clothes: Here and there…I bought some skirts from the gap that are cotton material and stretchy (I didn’t really like the “maternity” ones) and I do wear the maternity shirts I bought along with regular shirts…as long as the material has a little give, I think its wearable.

Sleep: Sleep is good…but I’ve been waking up at 2a.m. and staying awake until about 3. I wonder if this is my body’s way of getting me used to the new sleep schedule I will have…It really hasn’t been that bad. I am able to fall back to sleep and I’m not exhausted in the morning either, which is a plus!

Best moment of the week? My Dad and Annie arrived on Sunday. It has been great visiting and they will be here for 4 weeks! It’s exciting that they are able to explore New England in the Fall!!! They live in Texas so it is certainly a change in weather and pace! Today we went to Babies R Us and they bought little So girl her High Chair!! I was so excited to get it home, it’s built and set up and I LOVE seeing it in the Dining room!! So surreal that we will be having family dinners in there soon!!!
My Dad & I

Movement: YES! And she had the hiccups for the 1st time last night (Sunday the 15th) at first I thought she was kicking but it turned into a rhythmic pattern in my lower stomach where her tiny squash is located and continued for 3-5 minutes. After Ralph and I did some googling we realized she had the hiccups.

Food cravings: Nothing

Food aversions:
None.

Belly button in or out? In.

Rings off or on?: On.

Goals for Next Week: Try to relax…I have been a ball of nerves trying to get “All things Sophia” done and I really do have most of it done. It’s just scaring me that I’m huffing and puffing, nervous that I won’t be able to get stuff done the longer I wait!

What I miss: Being able to run around doing errands (Really SHOPPING) without being beat! I went to the craft store, party store, and pet store and I had to go home after to take a nap!!! When I really want to finish out the day at the mall with my mom, I just knew my legs and feet were not having it! Although ralph did massage my legs that night, what a guy! ;)

What I'm looking forward to: I just turned to Ralph and asked him…because you all know what I’m looking forward to the most. I asked him, “what are you looking forward to in the coming weeks?” my heart just melted when he responds with the biggest grin on his face, “Just being a Daddy.” He can’t wait to snuggle this baby girl of ours!!!

Milestones: I started the basement **Correction- My mom started the basement, THANKS MOMMY!! She really is the best! I’ve wanted to get the basement organized for weeks…well she started to tackle it and its already looking better. I also pulled out all the Summer flowers and I’m starting to get ready for fall!

Thoughts: In the Words of our favorite show HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY

BumpDate: 32 Weeks

How far along: 32 Weeks…8 weeks to go!!

Feeling: Great, great and great.

Maternity Clothes: Here and there…a lot of clothes just stretch, like tank tops and what not.

Sleep: Sleep is good…Oh how I LOVE to sleep. I’m praying Sophia does too ;)

Best moment of the week? Crisp Fall Days…we have had some really great weather, which makes me eager to meet Sophia and decorate for FALL!!!

Movement: Always, this girl, I tell ya. ;)

Food cravings: Nothing

Food aversions:
None.

Belly button in or out? In.

Rings off or on?: On.

Goals for Next Week: Just continuing to get organized before Sophia arrives. Make an appointment for Ralph and I to tour the Hospital.  (which is the same as last week…as you can see I accomplished nothing) ;)

What I miss: Something I’ve been missing for years…MY STREET BIKE!! Oh how I Loved cruising around on that. Although now, things definitely get into perspective, I don’t see myself purchasing one in the future…they are dangerous. You get comfortable and want to always push the boundaries (well at least I did!) I don’t see myself attempting stunts and racing down the highway in three inch sandals doing 120mph anymore. I’m a momma now, and that beats any type of rush!

What I'm looking forward to: Ralph holding his baby girl…I can’t get this image out of my head. I can’t wait to see those two together. Ralph is so In Love with his little girl already and it amazes me when she is doing back hand springs in my belly and will stop instantly when “Daddy” puts his hand on my belly, right to sleep she goes! Incredible really. And Sophia getting big enough to wear some of the Tutu Set's I made...

One of the Two Tutu's in my Boutique I couldn't part with!  Johnny Cupcake Tutu Set

Milestones: Can’t think of any…just pushing through. I know I say it every week but time is really flying by. I have LOVED being pregnant, I have no complaints other than getting “Big” but obviously comes with the territory. Oh I guess I do have a symptom that I really haven’t shared with any of my posts (Maybe because I have become “accustom” to it, if that’s possible) but starting around 19 weeks I had this weird awful pain in my throat (sorry about to get gross) but it felt like hot vomit that was stuck. Diagnosis: Heartburn. So I eat Tums all the time. I really had no clue what it was…but if that’s the worst than I’ll take it ;) I do feel like I “waddle” too…but I guess that’s part of getting “big!”

Thoughts: I would like to make gift bags for all the staff at the hospital that will be dealing with “The Baby” by that I mean ME!!!! Did y’all know that I cry when I get shots, blood drawn and almost passed out when I got my ultra sound TWICE! Yes the second the technician said the word “umbilical blood” I could feel my body turn to Jello!! I knew it wasn’t long, luckily she noticed right away and said do you want to sit up?! Ralph gave me some ice water and I managed to get through it, but I can’t even imagine how I will be with an IV stuck in my arm and going through labor. So now I just need to ask some momma’s how many Dr’s and nurses are typically in the room so I can make some “I’m sorry I will be a head case Goodie Bags.”

BumpDate: 31 Weeks

How far along: 31 Weeks…9 Weeks to go as of 3 days ago, although at my Ultrasound on Thursday the Dr. said I’m measuring a week ahead of schedule so I may be looking at 8 weeks! Oh Em Geeee!!!

Feeling: Glamorous…Been Dressing up this Baby Bump for lots of functions this week…hard to believe I can still rock 4 inch heels.

Maternity Clothes: I’ve had to buy a few outfits for different events although I couldn’t seem to find clothes that were “Maternity” that I actually liked.  So honestly I don’t…I just buy regular clothes/dresses that have a little “give.”

Sleep: Hmmm this may be a tough one…Sleep is good…It’s the getting out of our huge bed that becomes the issue. I think Ralph laughs every time I roll out; He has become accustom to extending his arm out and in a hold position as soon as I say help. I use it as a pulley to lift me and this belly up. Sidenote: Ralph is STRONG! ;)

Best moment of the week? Seeing Baby Sophia at her Ultrasound. She is stunning… We are so in Love with this Little Girl. Baby So is weighing in at approximately 4 pounds 2 ounces. She has the cutest pouty lips I have ever seen!

Movement: All the Time.

Food cravings: Nothing

Food aversions:
None.

Belly button in or out? In.

Rings off or on?: On.

Goals for Next Week: Just continuing to get organized before Sophia arrives. Make an appointment for Ralph and I to tour the Hospital.

What I miss: Nothing comes to mind. I haven’t really missed anything…Sometimes I go through the “I wish I could have a bite of that or order that” Only if I’m baking cookies and want cookie dough or over easy eggs at breakfast time…But nothing that devastates me HaHa

What I'm looking forward to: Seeing this Baby Girl!!! She is going to be so LOVED. She already has pretty amazing people who love her already…
Daddy Ralph and Godfather Anthony
Mind you I have on 4 inch heels…These boys are TALL. Let’s say she will be very well protected. ;)
Milestones: Nothing…We were so eager for Fridays Ultrasound that nothing got done. I wanted each day to pass quickly…honestly they do regardless, the weeks are flying by!

The Beautiful Wedding we attended this weekend...

Thoughts: Even though this Pregnancy has really felt like a breeze its little things that bring you down to reality that “I AM PREGNANT!!” for instances…Ralph and I went to another beautiful wedding over the weekend and through the pictures, laughter and dancing this momma was beat by 9PM by the time we got home Ralph had to practically carry me upstairs. It seems little activities seem like HUGE activities…and I’m certainly huffing a puffing around. And I also think Movies on “Mother Daughter Sundays” have come to an end. We went to go see The Millers and it was a struggle to sit in that position for two hours with this kicking baby bump!

Oh and I had a Dream that Little Sophia and I were in the Kitchen making Daddy Dinner and Baking Pies....Seriously this little Girl and starting a family is a DREAM COME TRUE!!!!!!

Mommy Cant wait To Meet YOU!!!!
